Healthy living is not only related to eating healthy food, but it also involves being happy and mentally fit. A balance between a healthy body and a healthy mind leads to a healthier lifestyle. As physical and mental wellbeing are related to each other, a slight change in one of them hampers the other. All humans require food as fuel for proper growth and development of their mind and body and it differs for different age groups.
